Dr. Tylenda joined Mt. Vernon Internal Medicine in 2001. Dr. Tylenda received her Medical Degree from Georgetown University and completed her internship and residency at the Washington VA Medical Center. In the past, she has served as the Primary Care Physician for multiple health departments, including those in Alabama and Arlington, VA. She is the Medical Director at Mount Vernon Nursing Center where she provides care to patient in the nursing and long-term care facilities.
